Each collage design requires a specific number of photos. The system automatically requests the exact number needed and will not allow you to proceed with more or fewer photos.

Yes. Uploading photos is mandatory in order to add the collage to the cart and proceed with the order.

We recommend using good-quality photos to achieve the best final result. However, there are no minimum technical requirements, and photos taken with a phone are perfectly acceptable.

Yes. You can replace the original text with your own custom message by entering it in the personalization field.

Yes. Upon request, the text can be completely removed, leaving the collage with photos only.

Yes. If you request a preview, we will send you a visual mockup of the design. Printing and shipping are done only after your approval. All revisions are free of charge.

Collages are available in two sizes:

• 11.8 × 15.7 inches

Yes. All collages come with a frame of your choice (black, white, or light wood) and arrive fully finished and ready to be gifted.

Production takes 1–2 business days after the order is completed.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the frame is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at our expense. If the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund or the option to create a new collage.
