What happens after my order is completed?

After successfully completing an order, its number and expected delivery time are displayed on the site. You will receive an automatic email confirming the order, as well as an email when it has been shipped.

What is the payment method?

Payment for the products is made via card in advance, standard practice

How will I receive the products and how much does their delivery cost?

ForeverAffection deliveries are made by the courier company Econt(in Our Country).From there your package is getting picked by local company (USPS for US) and they do the delivery. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS/Viber message with a confirmation, which contains the shipment number, as well as the courier's phone number, in case you wish to change the time or place of delivery.

What are your customized products?

A personalized box or collage are gifts made especially for you. Our designer creates the content based on your answers in the personalization section that you fill out when ordering.

Are your products already assembled and ready to gift?

Yes, no matter which product you choose, it will be fully assembled, packaged and ready to give as a gift.

What kind of materials do you use?

To offer only the highest quality, we use 220 g cardboard and the highest grade photo paper for the photos and our collages.

I understand it's handmade, but how long does it take to make?

We can usually create your product in 2-3 days. There is technical time for glue curing, printing, assembly and packaging so that we can guarantee the impeccable condition that we are proud of.

Can I request changes if I don't like something?

YES! You can send us an email at cs.foreveraffection@gmail.com or write to us on Viber (+359 876 740 499) with the changes you want. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days. After we have commented on the corrections, you can place your order as usual and we will create it with your corrections.
