For us, gifts are not just products. We have always believed that any gift can energize a person and lift their spirits. At the beginning of our adventure, when Chrissy created our first personalized gift - the Exploding Box, the feedback was incredible - people were genuinely happy with our efforts, and shared all sorts of funny and emotional stories.
If we jump back in time to today, we have collected hundreds of photos, clips, comments of people who have believed in us and made their loved ones happy through us. Today we operate in several European countries and even America. We believe that the hard work we have put in has brought us to this point.

We are Chrissy and Ivan – founders of ForeverAffection. Honestly, we started as complete amateurs, but with extremely great enthusiasm. Today, although we are bigger as a business and we are not just 2, we constantly strive to improve.
We took such a step in January 2023, when we decided to launch our products on foreign markets. The idea that is slowly and surely developing in Romania, Greece, Italy, France, America and even someday in all of Europe.

Forever Affection
We started without expectations… Chrissy made the site at a time when she said to herself, I can do more and I want to develop. We decided to try advertising on Facebook. At first, it didn’t have much effect – we were giving about 20 BGN a day and only receiving 1-2 orders. After a few weeks, however, comments from satisfied customers started appearing under the ads, which significantly increased interest, as well as our enthusiasm.
After about 2 months, our first ad had more than 20 positive comments, which had a huge effect. We allowed ourselves to run more ads and the same thing happened. At one point, we realized that our products were being bought not only by teenagers, but by people of all ages. We had to make a lot of changes. At one point, the orders reached 30 per day, and we, as complete amateurs, were cutting and shaping the photos to fit our products with a craft knife. We decided and got a guillotine. After a month, we had to rent and equip a room for assembly, storage, preparation of shipments, and very shortly after that, hire 2 employees to deal solely with making our gifts.
We imposed internal rules: The main one was: The customer should always be satisfied, even when they are not. After 1000 created and sent exploding boxes, we had to become even better and that is why we created our 100% satisfaction policy, either our customers are happy with the gift we created for them or we give them their money back, no ifs or buts. A move that turned out to be very good. Today we have over 20,000 exploding boxes sent and only 10 returned, which tells us a lot about their effect.

At the end of 2022, we already knew that we had something that with perseverance could become big. Calls every day from satisfied customers, hundreds of messages a week. All our relatives advised us to try the European market. After extensive research, we finally settled on an option - working with reliable suppliers and a website in each country. The first was America. We were shocked by the effect - in a month the results in America were equal to those in Bulgaria from September to December 2022.
And then we already knew...
We had a clear idea of what our niche wanted, what people wanted, and we started refining our products ourselves, like our exploding letter, which when it hit the market turned all the statistics on our site upside down. We couldn't believe it when even celebrities started sending us their personal photos for their gifts.

To this day, we are the only ones who personally respond to all messages on Facebook and Instagram, because we know that personal attention is key and although it takes time, we believe it is worth it.
