Goods, subject to sale
The subject of sale are the Goods offered on the Site at the time of sending a purchase request by the User.
The Goods, subject to sale through the Site, are described by type and quality in the same. The refund of the amount for the purchased product is made after acceptance of the shipment by us, after we verify its integrity! The customer is obliged to bear the delivery costs, if any. The refund of the amount is made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Rights and obligations of the User
• The User has the right to view, order and receive the Goods from the Site under the terms and conditions specified therein.
• The User/Client has the right to receive information about the status of his order.
• The User/Client is fully responsible for the protection of his username and password, as well as for all actions performed by him or a third party using the username and password. The User is obliged to immediately notify the MERCHANT of any case of unauthorized access using his username and password, as well as whenever there is a danger of such use.
• The User has the right to delivery of the requested Goods/Goods to the specified delivery address, after confirmation by phone or e-mail from us.
• The Client is obliged to indicate a valid phone number, delivery address and e-mail address, pay the price of the ordered goods and services and the cost of their delivery according to the terms of the online store www.foreveraffection.com.
Every user of the website www.Foreveraffection.com, regardless of whether he purchases goods and services, undertakes to comply with the following conditions when using the resources of the MERCHANT:
• not to violate and respect the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and human rights, in accordance with the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and recognized international acts;
• not to harm the good name of another and not to call for a violent change of the constitutionally established order, to commit a crime, to violence against the person or to incite racial, national, ethnic or religious enmity;
• not to violate other people's property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
• to comply with Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, the rules of morality and good manners and Internet ethics when using the services provided by the electronic store www.luxurylovegifts.com;
• to immediately notify the MERCHANT of any case of committed or discovered violation when using the services provided;
• not to upload, send, transmit, distribute or use in any way and not to make available to third parties software, computer programs, files, applications or other materials containing computer viruses, unauthorized remote control systems ("Trojan horses"), computer codes, or materials designed to interrupt, hinder, disrupt or limit the normal functioning of computer hardware or software or telecommunications facilities or aimed at unauthorized penetration or access to foreign resources or software;
• to compensate the MERCHANT and all third parties for any damages suffered and lost profits, including legal costs and attorneys' fees, resulting from claims filed by and/or compensation paid to third parties in connection with Internet pages, hyperlinks, materials or information that the User has used, placed on the server, sent, distributed, made available to third parties or made available through /site name/ in violation of the law, these General Terms and Conditions, Good Manners or Internet ethics;

The online store www.foreveraffection.com does not have the obligation and objective opportunity and does not control the way in which Users use the provided Services.
The online store www.foreveraffection.com has the right, but not the obligation, to retain materials and information used / placed on the server of www.foreveraffection.com.
The online store www.foreveraffection.com guarantees its Users the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided. The latter will not be used, provided or made known to third parties except in the cases and under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions.
The online store www.foreveraffection.com has the right at any time, without notifying the User/client, when the latter uses the services in violation of these terms and conditions, as well as under
the MERCHANT's discretion to terminate, suspend or change the services provided in connection with the use of the site. The online store www.foreveraffection.com is not liable to users and third parties for damages and lost profits resulting from the termination, suspension, change or limitation of the services, deletion, modification, loss, unreliability, inaccuracy or incompleteness of messages, materials or information transmitted, used, recorded or made available through www.foreveraffection.com.
The online store www.foreveraffection.com is not liable for damages caused to software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, or for loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the services provided. The advice, consultation or assistance provided by the TRADER's specialists and employees in connection with the use of the services by the users does not give rise to any liability or obligations for the TRADER. The online store www.Luxurylovegifts.com is not liable for inaccuracies in the information about the goods specified by the manufacturer.
The online store www.Luxurylovegifts.com is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under this contract in the event of circumstances that the TRADER did not foresee and was not obliged to foresee - including random events, problems in the global network and in the provision of services beyond the control of the TRADER.
Complaints
• The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and by the courier before paying the price and in case of finding visible defects, missing parts, accompanying accessories, immediately inform the courier and the MERCHANT by calling +359 876740499. If the goods are not checked, and any irregularities are reported in a timely manner, the order is considered approved, and the consumer loses his right to claim irregularities with the order.
• If the customer finds a defect or malfunction that does not arise from improper use and/or storage, he may file a complaint within the statutory period by e-mail info.luxurylovegifts@gmail.com. Complaints will be considered separately, and the customer will receive information on the e-mail from which the inquiry was sent, except in cases where he indicates another form of contact.
• According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer may return the goods without owing an explanation, compensation or penalties to the TRADER within 7 days of its receipt, and is obliged to pay the amount for the delivery (if any) to the courier. In such a case, the TRADER undertakes to refund the customer the value of the returned goods to the bank account, with the customer covering the cost of delivery and return of the goods.
